What are the different methods of Real Estate Investing?

All i know is "Fliiping" properties...cash flow, and real estate options. What else is there?

1. There is a huge multitude of strategies for investing in real estate. To name a few more for you there is wholesaling, rehabbing(just a little longer than a fix n flip), short sales, multi-family, tax liens, lease options. There are some more out there, but the best one is up to you to choose. Just makes sure to be a master at one before you move on to the next strategy.
