1. Visit any bookstore and you will find a wealth of information about Real Estate. Find a good seasoned broker, remember its all about timing & location. Be business like.
2. Read everything you can about real estate investing. Attend real estate investment club meetings. Find some good real estate investing sites. There's a lot to learn, and not much space to answer ... if you're looking for a full-time career, you've found it. If you're looking to dabble, just keep your expectations reasonable - it won't be a "get rich quick" route.
