I have a question about fixed income investing. Where can I get 8% return with minimum risk?

1. you might want to find local real estate investors, they always borrow moneyA at 10-12%. To find one or many, find the local real estate club, and post on their board. Your money will be secured with real estate. Stock market won't provide a guaranteed return
2. If you have to ask, you know it can't be done. The risk-free rate today is well below 8% - you know that, hence the reason for your question. This doesn't mean the question isn't reasonable, but it would be unnecessary if the actual risk-free rate were already at 8% - therefore, you can reason that if you have to ask, it doesn't exist.
