What is a good basic book on investing?

I need a good basic text about the fundamentals and stratagies and ideas, vocbulary, etc etc etc.. on investing and stocks and wall street etc.. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks!

1. Stock Investing for Dummies, published by Wiley and Sons. Taught me everything I know about the market and how it works. A truly great book. If you want to get more into different strategies, you can also try How to Make Money in Stocks, by William O'Neil (who founded Investor's Business Daily). Another great book, but not as much of an overview as the For Dummies book.
2. If you are a Day Trader or Futures Trader then Larry Levin wants you to get his Free Trading technique today! Larry Levin is a Futures Trader who is now a mentor and a coach.
