whats the best real estate investing book strickly for flipping house out there for beginners?
the most detail and most helpful for people just getting started and only want to flip houses any suggestions?

- You need to go to work for someone that is doing what you want to do. No book is really going to help because you have to point, smell, hear, see, and feel how to pick a house and how to sell a house. You do need to know about repairs, finance, city codes and such. I think most of that varies from location to location and from day to day that you are constantly needing to have lunch with bankers, Realtors, repair people and such to see the changes as they happen. A book would be out of date by the date it is published. Find someone you can work for and learn, or at least find someone you can visit with several times a week to get advice. With 29 years experience I still ask advice and still listen.
