How should I invest my property and money?
I have 3 acres of land in Des Moines, IA, not too far from the city. Currently there are no structures on this lot, no cement, no foundations, just flat land. It is connected to a main street and has two side or cross streets next to it. This land was willed to me along with $300,000.00 (three hundred thousand dollars) So my question is: How can I profit from my land?
