Investing in high yield bank perpetual bonds?
There seem to be a lot of high yield bank perpetual bonds in the market today. Typical yields of major British and French banks approach 10%. Is there a Bond Fund which invests in such high yield bank perpetuals? Where can I find more details

The last quotes often date back from weeks and months ago, when we were in the midst of the crisis. At that times those bonds were indeed cheap and had high yield, and this was caused by the high perceived risk of failure of those banks.
