Have to make a report on gold investing and i dont know where to begin! Ask me ANY questions you may have about gold investing so that I can research it..plz! Whether its "Who pay the most?" or "How many competitors are their are their?"....anything!

- Why do people pick Gold over other investments? Is the price of Gold based upon the supply & demand model or is its price based upon physical costs of the product? How much Gold is there both mined and unmined? How much Gold is actually consumed versus saved...Gold is used in the manufacturing of electronics that eventually gets discarded (not recycled)...Gold is also used in jewelry and coins that will be kept forever...so the real long term question for Gold is how much will be actually consumed (thus never available) and how much Gold is there both actual (refined) and potential (still to be found/mined)?
