Is this idea right of morgaging flat and buy new flat and give old flat for rental ?
I am Indian and American citizen planning to morgaged my Flat with bank and take a loan and invest in new flat, I would also like to rent the premises because It will create a fix income and I can pay bank interest for every month and can also Retain property because its value in future is obviously going to appreciate looking at the present market conditions. I am looking for a good lawyer for the same. What type of risk are involved in these type of transactions ?.
