What are some beginner Japanese textbooks I should invest in?
I prefer it to have little, if any, romaji at all.

- Genki or Japanese for Everyone seems to be the most popular choices. I've never used Genki, but JFE is alright. Romaji only appears for the first two chapters and then it taken away.
- There's some great software for learning languages, and Japanese is one of them. Go to http://www.rosettastone.com/en/offer/overture?a=b and check it out. It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth it if you're serious about learning the language. -Amos
