1. Romania sounds like its gunna go up quite a bit in prices soon.
2. Bulgaria is the new hotspot.
3. Ireland which is booming at present, has full employment, and continues to grow at a huge rate.
4. There is no real estate market growing faster than Split in Croatia.
5. Southern Turkey is a booming market. Go and invest to Bodrum, Marmaris, Alanya, Antalya etc. There is an unprecedented demand at the moment and one can expect a lucrative return to the investment. Good luck.
