How do I invest my money?
I have never invested money into anything my entire life, and now I am curious as to how to do so. I have very little money up front and would like to start looking into investing as I get more saved up. What would be the best place for me to start investing that would be easy for me to learn from and monitor myself? Thank you in advance for any information.

- Since you don't have much $$$, look into a mutual fund, wher ethe risk is spread out among dozens of stocks. Or use the dividend reinvestment program of a blue chip company and add every so often.
- Get the book "Investing For Dummies." No, I'm not calling you a dummy. Its an excellent starting reference for beginning investors and easy to read.
- Mutual funds are answer to your problem. If you want to learn about them. You can search for it at Money Search Engine ( http://moneybot.earnerz.com )
- The best place to invest first is saving $1,000 in a savings account for emergencies. Then, pay off all your debt. Then increase your savings account to 6 months of living expenses. Then and only then, once you have this foundation set, can you begin investing in mutual fund, stocks, bonds, real estate, etc. If you start investing without emergency savings, something will go wrong and you'll have nothing to fall back on. If you invest while in debt, you're slow in the math department... why invest at 10% or even 15% if you are paying interest on a credit card debt at 25%??
