Trying to figure out how to invest money for my sons future?
I am trying to figure out the best way to invest money for my sons future. He is ten month old right now. I don't know much about investing money so any information could help.

- Consider some short term investments, such as stocks and shares that are volatile, Medium term investments that tie money up for say 5 to 10 years with a reasonable income gained at the end of it, and longer term investments for example oil paintings etc. But the best advice i could give you is to go see and independent Financial advisor, who'll give you the information in more detail.And tailored to your needs and ability to save for your son. - I can suggest following things from my experience. 1) 529 good option for college education 2) UGMA or UTMA You can obtain tons of information by searching on above fields. They have tax advantages depending upon your financial condition. Please remember, during financial aid calculation, kids name money taken into consideration. It is 35%.
