what do you make of this email i just recieved?????
Dear Friend, I am writing this letter in confidence believing that if it is the wish of Allah for you to help me and my family, Allah will bless and reward you abundantly and you would never regret this.My family and I are true moslems and worship Allah truthfully. I got your contact during my search for this assistance. I am a female student from University Burkina Faso, Ouaga. I am 23yrs old. I'd like any person who can be caring, loving and home oriented.I will love to have a long-term relationship with you and to know more about you. I would like to build up a solid foundation with you in time coming if you can be able to help me in this transaction. Well,my father died last year and left I and my junior brother behind. He was a king, which our town citizens titled him over sixteen years before his death. I was a princess to him and I am the only person who can take care of his wealth now because my junior brother is still young and my mother is not literate enough to know all my father's wealth. He left the sum of USD 7.5M (Seven Million, Five Hundred Thousand USDollars)in a Vault House. This money was annually paid to my late father from gold mining development company(spdc)and chevronoil company operating in our locality for the compensation of youth and community development in our jurisdiction. I don't know how and what I will do to invest this money somewhere in abroad, so that my father's kindred will not take over what belongs to my father and our family, which they were planning to do without my consent because I am a female as stated by our culture in the town. Now,I urgently need your humble assistance to move this money from the security company to your bank account, That is why I felt happy when I saw your contact because I strongly believe that by the grace of Allah, you will help me invest this money wisely. I am ready to pay 30% of the total amount to you if you help us in this transaction and another 10% interest of Annual After Income to you, for handling this transaction for us,which you will strongly have absolute control over it. If you can handle this project sincerely and also willing to assist me in lifting this fund, kindly reach me.Please, note that this transaction is 100% risk free and I hope to commence the transaction as quick as possible,I will send you my picture as soon as I hear from you for recognition. contact me through my e-mail: faisatfarouk@yahoo.com Hope to read from you soon. Yours Faithfully, FAISAT FAROUK lol nowadays people are sayin they are islamic just to get a bit of money

- It's a scam. --- People nowadays will say ANYTHING to get moneys.
- its a scam
- I get mail like this all the time. Only its mainly from Africa for some reason?!
- I get these all the time..Hit the Spam button..
- It comes 'Out of Africa' and it's a phishing scam. Interesting to note the 'lady' says she is from Burkina Faso! Usually these scams originate from Nigeria, that ar**hole country in that ar**hole continent! But then most countries in the ar**hole continent are ar**hole countries anyway! Bin it!
- lol...it sounds like half of the spam that doesnt get through my filters. besides, if the person does have over 7.5mil, she can definitely talk to some business and not random people.
- Where in the world is Ouaga????
- its totally a scam
- This is a scam. I recommend that you do not open these emails. Delete them.
- This is a scam. I received this same email when I worked for a University. If you agree to this you will be a part of money laundering. I suggest you contact the authoritys. Money laundering is a crime no matter where you live. People in a third world country cannot send a large amount of money without being investigated and it can take months for it to clear. Because of this, people ask for a person within a company or a simple name to take the money. It will not seem like money laundering if there is nothing weird about the name of the person receiving the money. Have the email traced by the police and stop this junk from spreading.
- omg! i got the same type of letter a few months ago. all a bunch of lies.
- Its a scam 100%. Do not reply to it under any circumstances, just report it as scam and delete it.
- It's a scam, obviously. Shame that they bring Allah into it. Do what the Brain said. My dad made me do that once, replied to some African big shot....I was so pissed....this was back when my dad was still a noob to e-mails, he almost hit me because I didn't wanna reply to this junk.....and they actually reply back with some serious looking answer, it's hilarious.... Islam4Life: Ouaga is the capital of Burkina Faso, a landlocked nation in West Africa.
- I got one similar to this from a woman who described herself as a "Muslim Princess from Gambia" who wanted to escape her country and marry a good Muslim like myself, after I send her a dowry. ha ha! When I called "her" out on the ridiculousness of her description alone, she backed off. I watched a special on these people. They are usually Nigerian men who scam people on line from Internet cafes. Just block them from your e-mail.
- i think this is from a blue boy lol
- Salam this is a huge scam, they do thru sms as well and give u Allah and his rasool name's sake, and wen u answer such mails it automatically generates a dollar or something!
- Funny email whoever wrote it !
- they spelt muslim wrong - scam
- I get one of these everyday.... I should have a million wives by now!!!!(it was a joke so at least smile)................ No seriously it is a scam............
- sister(or brother) i think you should just ignore crap like this! Just delete it and ignore. =)
- SCAM
- I'm sure you realize this is a scam. These people will try and say anything to get money. Their newest way of scamming, which isn't that new, is to sign up on dating websites and get a man or woman to believe they are in love with them and want to be with them, but eventually they always ask for money and have scammed innocent victims out of millions of dollars. I've received a few emails like the one you got as well as some stating they need a person in the UK or US to help them receive an inheritance and they will give them a percentage. I usually email them back and tell them I am aware it is a scam and I am forwarding the email to one of my contacts in the FBI .
- its a scam!
