how can i get a six pac without paying for gym memberships or investing in expensive equipment?

I mean things like exercises or jogs. I do the six inches off the floor exercise, and do the basic sit ups. I really want the six pac to make my apperance better, but i dont want to go to the gym or invest in equipment, i want to do more of the sit ups or stuff like that..what do you reccomend?

  1. cut your belly fat by running and cardio drink lots of water do not eat fat after 4 p.m do these exercises: crunches chair crunches lying leg pull-ins cross crunches chair leg raises this will really work
  2. You can achieve this with a cardio program: Run for 30 mins and then skip for 15 mins.   3. Clean your entire house! even wash your clothes, your dishes.. everything.. hehehe! dat's wat i'd recommend.. =)..
  4. go on a run(2-5 miles) each day, or at least 5 days of the week then do these workouts(200-400) *6in. *side crunches *crunches *then theres this workout where u lay on the floor with your knees up and you go to the left side, in the middle, then on the right side Then do a variety of ab workouts by googling ab workout, or something, hope this helps!
