Which is the best area in leicester to invest in with stable capital and yield growth? Braunstone? Thanks?

I have approx £15 equity and am looking for a three bedroom property with close ameneties. Also, any new developments/regenerations throughout leicestershire?

1. 15K WILL GET YOU NOT A LOT,ANYWHERE NEAR BRAUNSTON IS GOOD BECAUSE OF THE CANAL AND THE EXCELLENT MARINA THERE,CANAL ENTHUSIASTS PAY MONEY FOR CANAL SIDE PROPERTIES.
