how I geeting my money back if I invest money in a business with my husband and we getting divorce?

1. With a good lawyer and all documentation. Have documentation as for where the money came from,when it was transferred or invested and all paperwork about the business.
2. The only thing i have to say is if you start the business after you get married after you get divorce they will split the whole thing in two for you and your husband.
