what are some great books for real estate investing?

im looking to invest in some real estate,but i want to learn as much as i can before hand.......any help would be greatly apprieciated. im looking to invest in some real estate...basically buy some homes to fix up and resale....also mobile homes and so fourth,...however i want to gain as much knowledge and learn the do's and dont's of this field....any help would be greatly aprieciated

1. Most books on real estate investing are based on using someone elses money to buy real estate. Unless you are talking about REIT, which is a Wall Street investment vehicle. What are planning on doing with the property? Will you sell fixer uppers? Manage an apartment property? I think you need to carve that investing idea down a little and decide what kind of properties or investment vehicles you are interested in.
